📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of fiber optic infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, and close-out phases. • Coordinate with engineering, construction, and client teams to ensure project requirements are met. • Oversee aerial make-ready processes, pole loading analyses, and underground civil construction activities. • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client goals. • Lead project meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and milestones. • Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality work and adherence to project timelines. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and local permitting requirements. • Document project outcomes, creating detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders. • Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and achieve project goals. • Travel as required to project sites and client meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of aerial make-ready engineering, pole loading, and underground civil construction processes. • Proven experience managing telecommunications engineering and construction projects, including fiber optic infrastructure and OSP/ISP deployments. • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar). • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with clients. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset. • Availability to travel as needed for project oversight and client engagement. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred but not required. • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
