Description

• Help to identify, document, and complete billing requirements or tasks • Meet with clients or other teams to gather and document billing requirements • Develop documentation for all client and internal processes • Understand configuration and release management processes • Analyze solutions for customer requirements and troubleshoot issues

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience • Previous experience in Customer Service in BPO's • Proficiency in Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) • Proficient in English in a business environment
