• Hi, I'm Amy Fetchko , your Recruiter and guide to joining CSG! • We are excited to learn more about you and your unique background. • As a Compensation Specialist , you will have a critical role in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent in a highly competitive market. • You will work closely with our Compensation Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and Senior Leadership to help ensure the company's compensation strategy aligns with business goals, is market competitive, promotes fairness and equity, and complies with global compensation regulations. • CSG is a remote first organization. • Our team supports nearly 6K employees in 27 countries covering N. America, Latin America (CALA), Europe, and APAC. • Ideal candidate will have experience in broad-based and executive compensation, incentive plans, allowance plans, and a general understanding of equity/stock programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Psychology or a related field of study or additional equivalent work experience with no degree. • 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, strategy, implementation, and improvement ideally within a global organization in the technology or consulting industries. • Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar role for a global organization, ideally in the Technology industry. • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to interpret data to create accurate and informative analyses. • PowerQuery experience a plus. • Experience with global compensation structures, job evaluations, and market benchmarking. • Knowledge of compensation best practices, pay equity analysis, laws, and legal compliance (e.g., FLSA, Wage & Hour, Equal Pay Act, General Data Protection Regulation for global teams). • Experience with Workday (HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation). • Configuration knowledge or experience is a plus. • Demonstrated ability to lead decision-making with a lens to fairness and equity. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Attention to detail with strong organizational and project-management skills. • Ability to manage multiple competing and rapidly changing priorities. • Familiarity with salary survey and market benchmarking tools such as AON/Radford. • Strong focus on accuracy in data analysis and compliance with legal standards and organizational policies. • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification is preferred but not required
