•Responsible for identification, development and reporting of human capital and related business metrics and analyses to improve HR programs and business performance •Provide HR metrics, analysis, survey results, and data visualizations to the organization •Creation and maintenance of Power BI Dashboards •Provide HR insights in the form of presentations •Data Cleaning using tools such as Python and Excel •Create customized reports •Consulting with HR Analytics clients •Providing training to internal stakeholders on analytical techniques
•2 years relevant experience in workforce analytics, business intelligence or data analysis •Power BI or similar (Tableau) •Ability to conduct and translate data analysis and research findings into easy-to-understand visuals and actionable recommendations for multiple audiences •Ability to Extract and structure Workday data •Familiarity with statistical modeling and concepts •Ability to use a personal computer •Proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications •Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment •Preferred R or Python & MS SQL
