• Create and maintain end-user technical content including software product documentation • Analyze technical specifications and designs with a high degree of proficiency • Write to technical specifications and document design requirements • Act as subject matter expert on department style and format • Successfully manage multiple projects with a high degree of proficiency • Mentor content developers in department standards • Develop and present information to the department and management

Requirements

• Create and maintain end-user technical content including software product documentation and release communications, online help, and other client communications with minimal supervision • Analyze technical specifications and designs with a high degree of proficiency and minimal direction, and translate that technical information into content appropriate for an end-user audience with minimal direction • Write to technical specifications, document design requirements, and department style guide standards, consistently showing mastery of department style guide standards • Consistently use department template to format technical content according to department standards, consistently showing mastery of department formatting standards • Act as subject matter expert on department style and format • Prepare source files for edit, SME review, and publication according to department procedures • Successfully manage multiple projects with a high degree of proficiency, adhering to project plan specifications; update project database throughout life of project • Demonstrate subject matter expertise for at least three CSG products • Promote positive teamwork and department participation in line with department and company goals and initiatives • Mentor content developers in department standards, style, and processes • Lead department initiatives • Develop and present information to the department on an annual basis, as well as to management when necessary • Provide managerial support as needed • Perform additional tasks as needed • Project research in preparation of releases or project implementations • Content development for release previews, bulletins, user guides, or job aids • Style and formatting considerations • Editing, QA, SME, and publication groundwork • Mentoring responsibilities • Department side projects • Other duties as assigned
