Description

• Contribute to product strategy and mentor team members, fostering talent development and teamwork. • Set schedules, manage resources, and track performance to meet project goals. • Clear obstacles and support teams in transforming requirements into functional applications. • Conduct Scrum ceremonies and develop all solution layers (data, services, and user interfaces). • Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and testers to deliver enhancements iteratively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience • Proficiency in English in a business environment • 5+ years of technical leadership experience and managing individuals in software development with coding experience in Python, Angular, Java, JavaScript or other related languages • Experience designing or assisting the team architecting large-scale systems design • Knowledge in service based architecture, RESTful services and building scalable micro-services
