Description

• Understand requirements to develop and maintain automated tests using an automation framework • Create and execute manual tests, document test results, diagnose and create defects • Review architecture of basic hardware, software, and networking systems • Compose a simple test plan script, executing the tests, documenting results and analyzing outputs • Work with Test & Defect Management tools, Test automation tools and scripting languages • Involved with releasing software, collaborate with teams for smooth deployments • Identify root cause of issues, analyze logs, and resolve defects • Perform functional, application, regression, integration, and performance testing • Develop understanding of application to identify gaps and edge cases • Work as part of a scrum team in an agile environment, collaborating with various roles

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) • 2+ years’ work experience in a testing role with experience creating manual and automated tests • Working knowledge of continuous integration, automated tools, industry standards, and best practices in test automation • Previous experience in SOA (service-oriented architecture) • Knowledge of Software Developer Life Cycle (SDLC) • Proficiency in English in a business environment is a must • Knowledge of AWS, UI automation like Cypress and Playwright is a plus
