Description

• Collaborate with the product team on UI/UX design for FSM platform apps • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas • Conduct user research and usability testing to improve designs • Ensure design consistency with FSM and CSG branding • Work with developers and QA to ensure design feasibility and support implementation • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices

Requirements

• 3-5 years of design experience, specifically in UI/UX • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field • Familiarity with foundational design concepts is desired • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or similar design tools • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development principles is a plus • Familiarity with mobile design guidelines • Familiarity with agile processes like Scrum • Proficiency in English in a business environment
