• Seek a highly motivated, skilled Senior Software Developer for OptiVision MES • Work closely with customers to enhance manufacturing processes • Provide technical leadership, oversee system design and architecture • Lead R&D efforts to integrate new technologies • Engage directly with customers for technical support and feedback • Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices
Requirements
• Proven track record in successfully building and supporting enterprise applications • Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability • Strong proficiency in .NET, C++, and Perl • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers • A solid portfolio or examples of previous work
