• The Business Analyst (BA) will participate in the overall design of assigned projects. • The role requires strategic design and mapping of business requirements and solutions to system/technical requirements. • The BA will also be responsible for specifications based on interactions directly with the customer and professional services team. • Works directly with the client to understand their business needs • Develops proposed enhancements to fit the client’s needs within the application framework. • Develops and documents business requirements. • Provides ongoing communication to the project team and client. • Ability to articulate and write clear and concise documentation for complex requirements or solutions in a business-friendly language.
• 2+ years of hands-on technical experience as a Business Analyst • Background in the lending, equipment leasing, or asset-based financing industries • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies. • Ability to collect and analyze information and think critically about customers’ requirements • Strong oral and written communication skills • Self-starter and be able to work independently with little supervision • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary • Experience with Diagraming/Flowchart software such as Visio • Experience in Software Development a plus • Experience in Project Management a plus
