• Enspire for Enterprise is a digital marketing agency that provides digital marketing solutions to franchise, multilocation, and enterprise businesses. • We are seeking an experienced Manager, SEO to guide and inspire our SEO team in delivering high-performing, results-driven campaigns. • This role is pivotal in ensuring strong ROI for clients and Enspire for Enterprise. • Collaborate directly with clients, providing strategic insights to support service excellence and sales objectives. • Play a key role in elevating the overall skill set, efficiency, and productivity of our SEO team.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 7+ years of experience in SEO product management, campaign management, or product development with a proven track record of success. • 5+ years of experience managing SEO fulfillment operations, including team leadership and client delivery. • Extensive expertise in SEO and digital marketing, with a thorough understanding of industry trends, best practices, and comprehensive knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies. • Advanced proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Bing Places, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Moz and/or other digital marketing platforms. • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively, fostering collaboration and driving results. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex digital marketing strategies into actionable insights for clients. • Demonstrated success in using influence and collaboration to ensure cross-functional teams deliver quality work on time. • Highly skilled in analyzing data, generating insights, and crafting data-driven strategies that achieve measurable client objectives. • Strong time-management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and meet tight deadlines. • Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities, with a proactive and self-driven approach to challenges. • A team player with a collaborative mindset, dedicated to fostering a positive and productive work environment. • Motivated, innovative, and able to drive continuous improvement across processes and strategies.
