Description
• Field Operations Manager for Central Ontario • Primary contact for CSN Licensees in the Central Ontario region • Work with GM-EC and other FOMs and FTAs in Eastern Canada • Assist licensees in growing and performing in their business operations • Lead regional meetings and assist with CSN annual conference
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in the collision repair industry • Post-secondary education in a business or field related to the collision repair industry • Completion of recent professional development courses in management, leadership, or industry related topics • Must always have a valid driver’s license and in good standings, per Transport Canada requirements • Must have Intermediate level of Microsoft Office suite • Clear oral and written communication skills in both English and French is an asset
