🎯 Requirements

• Candidate should possess a university designation OR a combination of experience and education • Must have a minimum of 7 years of training & development experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience. • Fluent in English and French: reading, writing, and speaking - highly preferred. • Advance Knowledge of Microsoft Office, learning Management Systems. • Strong project management experience with focus on training curriculum development • Understanding or Experience in how a Collision Operation functions or equivalent experience • Requires strong attention to detail in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must have a valid Driver’s license and in good standings • Strong Knowledge in creating training and development programs in a variety of modalities- virtual, in-person, self-directed etc.- for a best-in-class learning experience that offers a blended learning approach • Ability to create an effective and inclusive training and development environment for all learners • Strong leadership skills with the ability to adapt to change • Data Analytics proficiency coupled with strong analytical ability and attention to detail, using logical and organized thinking and clear communication skills • Travel expectations up to 15%, which may require overnight stays.
