Requirements
• Be an expert in the design and implementation of Azure solutions, specifically the orchestration and implementation of the Cloud Adoption Framework and enterprise-scale landing zones and associated networking. • Proficient with code defined deployment, configuration and maintenance of M365 and Azure via CI/CD pipelines and code-based detailed design documentation techniques. • Contributing to the documentation of detailed architecture and design documents • Implementing technical solutions per the approved design, including technologies such as: • Entra ID and Active Directory hybrid scenarios • Exchange, SharePoint and Teams and hybrid/migration scenarios • Intune • Purview • Microsoft Defender products • Sentinel • Contributing to the documentation of change requests, knowledgebase articles, and other technical documentation. • Providing technical escalation, support and training to the customer’s IT resources. • Assisting with the creation and execution of technical and end-user test plans. • Working within the Cloud Capability Program and departmental projects to identify and implement the optimal cloud-based solutions in Microsoft Azure and M365. • Planning, designing and develop cloud-based application infrastructure. • Managing cloud environments by departmental technical and security guidelines. • Deploying and service cloud initiatives as needed by best practices throughout the development lifecycle. • Educating teams on implementing new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required. • Leading and developing best practices for the larger Cloud Engineer team. • Building and designing web services in the cloud and set up geographically redundant services. • Orchestrating and automating cloud-based platforms throughout the organisation.
