📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and lead the development of predictive models for CV analysis and classification. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets of CVs and job application information, building machine learning models to classify candidates, and improving the performance of these models through advanced techniques.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. • Proven experience in data collection, analysis, and model building, preferably in CV or job market-related projects. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with libraries like Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, BeautifulSoup, and Matplotlib. • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques (e.g., logistic regression, decision trees, random forest, SVM, boosting). • Experience with Web Scraping and knowledge of APIs is a plus. • Ability to work with large datasets and perform feature engineering for text data (e.g., TF-IDF, One-Hot Encoding). • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
