📋 Description
• Deliver microgrid solutions to Marine Corps installations that enable operations of mission critical facilities for extended duration when without commercial power. • Manage multiple microgrid projects simultaneously in support of Marine Corps installations functioning as an owner’s representative. • Inform procedures and witness ongoing testing (e.g., black start exercises) of microgrid systems. • Develop best practices and technical guidance leveraging lessons learned for Marine Corps installations implementing microgrid technologies. • Communicate complex technical concepts, including microgrid operations and requirements, to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, or related discipline with 10 years of directly related experience. • Experience developing, designing, or constructing microgrid or electrical utility distribution systems. • Results oriented with track record of delivering complex energy projects. • Strong attention to detail with excellent time management, project management, follow through and communication skills. • Capability to work as a member of a team as well as be a self-motivator with ability to work independently in both a virtual and in-person environment. • The candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Common Access Card (CAC) for this position.
