• At C the Signs, we are transforming cancer detection and care with our AI-driven platform. • We are seeking a Senior User Researcher with healthcare experience to lead user research initiatives. • You will be instrumental in shaping our products by generating actionable insights and improving user experiences. • This is a strategic role, requiring deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative research. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your knowledge of EHRs and healthcare workflows. • As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior researchers and influence the company’s research strategy.

Requirements

• Experience and Expertise: • 5+ years of experience in user research, with at least 2 years in a healthcare-related field. • Deep understanding of healthcare professionals’ workflows and the unique challenges of designing for healthcare environments. • Proven experience working with EHR systems and other healthcare technologies. • Research Skills: • Advanced expertise in qualitative research (e.g., interviews, usability testing) and quantitative research (e.g., surveys, statistical analysis). • Proficiency in tools such as SPSS, R, Python, or equivalent for data analysis, and Tableau, Power BI, or similar for data visualisation. • Experience with user research platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Lookback, Optimal Workshop). • Product and UX Collaboration: • Strong track record of influencing product roadmaps through actionable user insights. • Experience leading research for multi-platform products (B2B, B2B2C, B2C) with diverse user bases. • Leadership and Strategy: • Proven ability to lead research initiatives that shape long-term product strategies. • Experience mentoring and guiding junior researchers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture. • Communication and Collaboration: • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, building trust and alignment across disciplines. • Education: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Data Science, Public Health). Advanced degrees are a strong plus.
