• Schedule - Class schedule works well with other jobs. • Work from Home - Remote work must be performed while residing in California or New Mexico. • Teaching: Available to teach synchronous online courses. • Modify instructional methods to meet diverse student needs. • Stay current in subject matter and teaching skills. • Design and update course materials. • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (required) • Preferred degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Human Resources, Organizational Management or related fields. • Official transcripts of the bachelor's degree must be provided • At least 3 years’ experience in respective field or two years of teaching experience in relevant subjects. • Preferred Industry Certifications include CBAP, PMP, CAPM, and others. • Prior experience in curriculum development and instructional design for college-level courses is preferred. • Preferred experience in Canvas, Moodle, or similar. • Demonstrated expertise in business management and related fields. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Must comply with all college policies and procedures.
