🎯 Requirements
Experience: At least 5+ years of talent management, talent representation, or influencer marketing. Client Roster: You must bring a six to seven-figure talent roster with you. Talent Representation: Recruit, represent, and manage a roster of digital talent. Client Growth: Identify, negotiate, and execute brand partnerships. Industry Knowledge: Stay current with the latest trends in the creator economy. Partnership Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with brands. Talent Acquisition: Continuously discover and onboard new influencers. Collaborative Culture: Work closely with cross-functional teams. Operational Excellence: Track and manage multiple deals using our CRM. Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong experience in pitching and negotiating deals. Team Collaboration: A team player who excels in a collaborative environment.
