Description

• Serve as primary point of contact for the CEO • Manage complex duties and sensitive information • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues • Schedule meetings, take minutes, maintain databases • Complete a variety of administrative tasks for the CEO • Provide sophisticated calendar management for business and personal activities • Arrange and handle all logistics for meetings • Evaluate and assist in developing office policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • Contract and/or 2+ years of experience supporting administrative functions at the executive level • Excellent communication skills in Word, Excel, Social Media, and PowerPoint • Problem solver, results-oriented, understanding of auto business appreciated • Respectful, discrete, loyal • Ability to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions • Handle pressure well
