Description

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to VWG brands to meet and exceed revenue targets. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the VWG portfolio. • Nurture existing client relationships and establish new ones to expand our market presence. • Collaborate closely with the Connectivity, Product & Procurement teams to align sales strategies with brand objectives. • Provide leadership and guidance to the teams to ensure optimal performance and results. • Seeking a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive or technology industry. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a focus on achieving sales goals. • Good understanding of the automotive industry and emerging technologies. • Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and market trends. • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • High level of professionalism and integrity. • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
