Description

• Key position between customers and development teams in national and international projects in the energy market sector • Requirements analysis and review of requirements for projects and product features • Creating use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Managing the product backlog for the development team • Coordination of proposed solutions with stakeholders • Support development teams during implementation • Creation and continuation of product catalog based on customer requirements

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a technical product manager, requirements engineer, pre-sales consultant, or in a comparable position • First experience in cooperation with international customers in technically demanding projects • Experience in the energy market is a plus • Bachelor’s Degree or apprenticeship in IT, telecommunication environment, or a related discipline • Experience in working with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project is ideal • Strengths in analysis, structuring, and precise documentation of complex customer requirements • Ability to recognize limits and conflicts in technical processes and present them modularly • Occasional traveling is no problem • Fluent in English - German or/and French is a strong plus but not a must
