As a Dedicated Team Member, you are a leader of doing, building, and teaching Culture, People and HR! DTMs are responsible for being integrated partners and establishing truly aligned functions throughout operations and its company stakeholders. By building the relationship between the stakeholder and CW, you will develop impactful and innovative best practices for each of your client’s team members. You will serve as a strategic visionary to align people and processes. You are a sounding board and change agent to all things Culture, People & OD, and HR related. As a DTM, your experience and working partnerships will drive quarterly game plan evolution. It is a DTM’s purpose to integrate quarterly game plan initiatives and functional ownership while working closely with Committed Team Members (CTMs) through strategic change management. As a DTM, you will serve and integrate as a visionary partner, creative innovator, and influential change agent to facilitate and foster adoption of best practices and processes surrounding purpose and people-driven businesses.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent experience • 7+ years’ experience in hands-on Human Resources • 2+ years’ experience in Operations and/or People Operations • HR certificate and/or PHR or SHRM-CP certification required • Ability to reach goals successfully with 7-10 projects at any given time all while thriving • Experience successfully consulting for clients or partnering with multiple department heads, leaders or business owners • Time Management Skills and Tech|System Savviness a MUST
