• Responsible for defining, building and communicating a shared technical and architectural vision for a Product Team to help ensure the system or solution is fit for its intended purpose. • Defines, explores, and supports the implementation of enablers to evolve solution intent, working directly with Product teams to implement them. • Guides enablers through planning and enablement, and works with customers and suppliers to help ensure fitness for purpose. • Enables the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps - advocates for and steers the development and improvement of the Continuous Delivery Pipeline. • Defines & implements subsystems and their interfaces, allocates responsibilities to subsystems, understands solution deployment, and communicates requirements for interactions. • Participates in planning, definition, and high-level design of the solution and explores alternatives. • Works with Product Owners to determine capacity allocation for enablement work; participates in planning events. • Delivers solution adhering to standards and leveraging re-use of components; provides oversight and fosters Built-In Quality. • Assists in technical analysis of potential solutions including evaluating the technical fit and viability of commercial off-the-shelf products versus custom-built solutions. • Proactively seeks opportunities to enhance efficiency in the build and deploy processes, promote reusability to reduce costs and shorten delivery time by leveraging automation where possible. • Creates high-level and detailed design of infrastructure, interfaces, extensions, and workflows while meeting architecture, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability requirements.
• 5+ years of SOA/WebLogic administration experience in WebLogic 12.x in a highly available and clustered environment. • 3+ years of ODI administration experience. • In-depth knowledge of Oracle SOA Middleware Suite, Oracle Service Bus (OSB) and ODI server provisioning and administration. • Perform performance tuning and optimization across Fusion Middleware applications and Oracle Linux. • Experience with WebLogic server app/security patching and version upgrades. • Experience with analyzing JVM thread dumps, heap dumps and root cause analysis of JVM Crash and stuck threads. • Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems. • Experience implementing build management and deployment processes utilizing Maven. • Working knowledge of SQL and database objects. Aware of Fusion dehydration store data model. • Knowledge of Linux shell scripting. • Knowledge of APM and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace. • Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Maven, Git, Jenkins, Artifactory. • Understanding of essential networking concepts including subnets, firewalls, routing, and transport protocols. • Good verbal and written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts. • Strong analytical problem-solving and conceptual skills. • Good documentation skills capturing high level and low level architecture design. • 2+ years development experience in SOA/OSB or ODI preferred. • Working experience or basic certification in cloud technologies, preferably OCI preferred. • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) PaaS service exposure preferred.
