📋 Description

• Collaborate with VPI/NBS program leaders and BU sites across the EMEA region to ensure effective health, safety, and environmental (HSE) measures. • Support specific projects and campaigns, manage multiple tasks, and ensure alignment with BU HSE objectives. • Provide hands-on support to sites across the region to achieve health, safety, environmental, and sustainability objectives, leading best practice sharing and contributing to standardised solutions for common problems. • Represent the region when collaborating with global teams to drive continuous improvement through program, policy, and procedure development. • Coach sites in the implementation of HSE hazard and risk controls through the development of procedures, engineering controls, education, and awareness programs. • Lead or participate in regional HSE audits, supporting sites before and after audits to ensure audit preparedness and conformance. • Mentor local site HSE resources, identifying opportunities for growth and professional development. • Contribute to local incident investigations of severe incidents while meeting reporting obligations.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant relevant experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental roles is essential. • Preferably, experience working across multiple countries within the region. • Progress toward obtaining professional certification is highly desirable.
