📋 Description

• Lead logistics functions: Drive efforts within various logistics areas to ensure both internal and external customer expectations are met, optimizing the supply chain. • Manage daily operations: Oversee daily logistics operations to maintain a reliable and efficient supply chain. • Continuous improvement: Lead projects that align with Cummins Operating System and Functional Excellence, utilizing common processes, tools, and information systems. • Support corporate initiatives: Champion Corporate Supply Chain initiatives and lead cross Business Unit planning processes for intra-company alignment. • Mitigate supplier constraints: Collaborate with functional stakeholders to address long-term supplier constraints. • Develop supply chain processes: Establish collaborative relationships with business partners to create standardized supply chain processes and procedures. • Strategic problem-solving: Approach daily problem-solving and continuous improvement opportunities both strategically and tactically to achieve performance targets. • Staff development: Manage, coach, and develop staff, setting goals for training, development, performance, and career planning.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S in applicable field, MBA preferred. • Significant level of relevant work experience required. • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
