Description

• This position is responsible for analyzing and interpreting past and future business performance • Communicates findings effectively to customers and executive level management • Leads complex analyses and uses them to influence business decisions made by senior leaders • Responsible for working with and influencing multiple customers, up to and including C- level officers • Provides advice as regards to strategy, management, and operations as well as the structure of a business • Initiate and drive financial support • Develop and interpret complex modeling, with an understanding of core finance concepts • Build relationships with assigned client(s) and provide requested financial support • Influence customer decisions; propose, implement, and assess solutions • Collaborate with the Finance organization to provide Accounting and Finance guidance to customers • Lead client's efforts in forecasting financial and/or operational results for use in planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financial discipline • MBA and/or professional financial certification preferred • 8+ years' experience in a finance or accounting related position • Proficient with Financial Reporting tools including Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and OfficeConnect • Proficient with Microsoft products, such as Excel, Teams and PowerPoint • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven thought leader with ability to drive positive change across an organization • Extensive knowledge of the financial services industry and product lines
