β€’ Support the seller team in closing deals with customers while advocating for customer needs with internal partners. β€’ Work collaboratively with sellers to craft a compelling sales strategy and negotiate business terms. β€’ Act as Voice of the Customer with internal teams to ensure high-value features are delivered. β€’ Work closely with Implementations and Client Success teams for a smooth handoff. β€’ Build custom decks for clients and lead discovery workshops. β€’ Serve as the bridge between client, Growth, Product and Operations teams. β€’ Provide technical expertise and support during RFP processes. β€’ Create compelling value propositions and delivery models to align customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 2-3 years of healthcare sales experience (solutions consulting, sales, business development or client success) AND 2-3 years of healthcare product management, clinical or provider network strategy experience OR 5 years of healthcare sales experience (Solutions Consulting, Sales, Business Development or Client Success). β€’ Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and negotiate with customers. β€’ Demonstrated ability to influence internal teams without direct authority. β€’ Polished professional with strong customer focus. Excellent listening and communication skills. β€’ Previous experience negotiating and drafting statements of work and RFP responses. β€’ Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively across different organizational levels and disciplines. β€’ Strong understanding of the healthcare industry. β€’ High reliability and attention to detail. Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects and multiple sales opportunities. β€’ Strong presentation skills. β€’ Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment. β€’ Excited to work in a fast paced environment, as well as the opportunity to get cross-trained in multiple job functions. β€’ Previous experience in a remote environment.
