Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in user experience design • Effectively communicate and collaborate with the project team to help build the best possible solution • Ability to define, document, and validate user requirements and designs through use cases, user stories, detailed designs, workflows, or other methods • Incorporate results and feedback back into the product design and design process • Extraordinary organizational skills to manage all of the different types of tasks necessary to complete a project or manage tasks from multiple concurrent projects • Ability to follow standard operating procedures in every stage of the development process, ensuring all project work is captured and organized accordingly • Passion for representing user needs and usability in reviews
