Description

• Approach existing clients through telephone, email, and social media to understand and meet their needs. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, consistently providing superior customer service. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Operations, Design, Factory) to achieve objectives in a participative and proactive style. • Prepare presentations and other documentation required for customers.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and available to work during 9:00-18:00 EST time. • Proven work experience in Sales or Project Management. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time. • Knowledge of dealing with numbers for budget calculations.
