• We are seeking a dedicated People Operations Specialist to support leadership with HR analytics, process optimization, and training across multicultural teams. • Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain HR reporting and KPIs. • Facilitate training sessions, including Design Thinking workshops, for diverse teams. • Manage confidential employee records and maintain CRM databases. • Detect and implement process improvements, with a focus on cost-saving measures. • Lead global projects related to automation, reporting, and compliance. • Support recruitment efforts by leveraging psychological insights during interviews. • Conduct regular audits to ensure data consistency and compliance.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field. • Proven experience in HR coordination, multicultural training, and process optimization. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, VBA). • Experience facilitating workshops, such as Design Thinking. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Fluent in English (C1 level) and assertive communication skills.
