• Efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless coordination • Continually update tasks and status on different projects on Asana, providing real-time progress tracking and ensuring alignment with project goals • Serve as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, screening and directing communications appropriately to maintain a smooth workflow • Work with different stakeholders in representation of the CEO, ensuring clear communication and successful collaboration • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to support strategic decision-making • Conduct thorough research and compile information on various topics as requested by the CEO, providing actionable insights • Assist with personal tasks and errands for the CEO as needed, maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion • Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and other engagements, both in-person and virtual, ensuring all details are meticulously managed • Oversee expenses, invoices, and other financial transactions, maintaining meticulous records to ensure financial accuracy and accountability • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively address them to enhance efficiency and productivity, staying one step ahead at all times • Manage projects and tasks where the CEO needs to take action, schedule due dates, track progress, and ensure timely completion of all deliverables • Close deals and negotiations with providers, ensuring favorable terms and maintaining strong professional relationships • Handle various administrative tasks and projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a can-do attitude

Requirements

• +2 years of experience as Personal Project Manager, preferably for high-profile individuals • Tech-savvy with proficiency in relevant tools and platforms • Exceptional organizational and proactive problem-solving skills • 2 years of working experience effectively in a remote setting • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work hours as needed • High level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to tackle challenges independently • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
