📋 Description

• Responsible for day-to-day transaction management oversight for complex properties • Assume key transaction responsibilities for retail requirements • Direct negotiations with Landlords, Buyers and Sellers • Hire and manage co-brokers for lease transactions • Review lease documents and write lease summaries • Manage responsibilities throughout the transaction process • Provide advice and guidance on client transactions • Improve client transaction management processes • Manage transaction reporting to clients • Research and evaluate real estate market data

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate • Real estate brokerage or salespersons license • 5 to 7 years of retail real estate transaction/leasing experience • Familiarity / experience in the Nevada and/or Colorado markets is a plus • Superior negotiation and leasing and interpersonal skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and within a team • Ability to multi-task and prioritize • Understanding of and commitment to client services • Willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
