Description

• Analyze business rules and processes with stakeholders to refine requirements and offer recommendations. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional BAs to document, prioritize, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications. • Work with developers and administrators to implement Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration. • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business requirements. • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience with hands-on configuration of Salesforce Sales Cloud. • Strong understanding of Salesforce development in an agile environment. • Experience with workflows, flows, validation rules, and security controls. • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate effectively within a team.
