Requirements

• At least 2 years in healthcare, nonprofit, or call center • Strong organizational skills and effective communications • Commitment to serving others • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook • Data entry and documentation experience preferred • Familiarity with medical terminology preferred • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
