• Provides information and products to eligible Medicare members • Encourages healthy outcomes for members • Educates members on available services and products • Assists members in participating with health care providers • Accurately documents each call in electronic record • Supports members during enrollment calls
Requirements
• At least 2 years in healthcare, nonprofit, or call center • Strong organizational skills and effective communications • Commitment to serving others • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook • Data entry and documentation experience preferred • Familiarity with medical terminology preferred • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
