Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to business unit leadership on cybersecurity practices. • Define and report key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business initiatives. • Drive risk management strategy and maintain up-to-date technical security knowledge. • Engage in industry events representing SME in cybersecurity. • Negotiate efficient security controls across the enterprise. • Provide motivation and facilitate adoption of cybersecurity controls.

Requirements

• 10+ years of information security or related experience. • 8+ years of leadership experience in technical and GRC security programs. • 5+ years' experience with business leadership and large-scale enterprise security projects. • Deep understanding of security control frameworks like NIST, ISO, HITRUST, HIPAA, PCI. • Ability to influence diverse teams and understand business focus. • Knowledge of multi-cloud service provider security technologies and practices.
