• Establish and enforce technical documentation standards • Develop content strategies aligned with business goals • Design information architecture for ease of navigation • Create user-friendly technical documentation • Integrate documentation with CMS and manage workflows • Work closely with data product teams • Gather user feedback to improve documentation • Manage multiple documentation projects reliably • Commit to continuous improvement of documentation processes • Document data platforms including data warehousing and ETL processes

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in technical writing • At least 5 years of experience with content management systems (CMS) • Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing content strategies • Minimum of 2 years of experience documenting data platforms • Experience documenting data products and using Contentful or Adobe Experience Manager • Knowledge of healthcare data management processes
