• Enhance pharmacy pickup experience across channels • Lead development and design of Omnichannel initiatives • Partner with IT to implement new product enhancements • Develop business case for pharmacy Omnichannel initiatives • Perform grassroots research to inform strategic roadmap • Interact and influence senior cross-functional partners
Requirements
• 5+ years of business / consulting experience or equivalent in retail/healthcare operations • Experience working through ambiguity and defining intermediate to long-term product strategies • Ability to quickly learn and become a subject matter expert in new processes • Ability to present content to senior leadership with autonomy
