• Architect and cultivate a scalable observability data platform. • Innovate and refine enterprise data models. • Support enterprise data lifecycle and data management policy. • Spearhead the development of sophisticated data pipelines. • Optimize data flows and long-term storage strategies. • Engage in strategic collaborations across the IT landscape. • Champion data platform architecture evolution. • Drive platform's ongoing enhancement with new technologies. • Oversee data security and compliance with regulations. • Experience with DevOps principles including CI/CD pipelines & GitHub.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience managing expansive data platforms like Splunk and Elastic ELK stack. • 6+ years of mastery in crafting and maintaining high-volume data pipelines. • A robust grasp of contemporary data modeling techniques and data architecture strategies. • Proven track record of effective cross-disciplinary collaboration. • Exceptional problem-solving aptitude in a dynamic healthcare IT environment. • Stellar communication skills for diverse audiences. • Experience with project management roles. • Proficiency in query languages like SPL2 and Query-DSL; programming experience with Python, C++, and/or Java.
