Description
• Perform pharmacy audits of PERS/CCI benefit coding for accuracy. • Ensure the overall quality of pharmacy benefit coding setup. • Act as the single point-of-contact for assigned Pharmacy PERS Audits. • Identify and report benefit coding errors. • Perform Help Desk reviews following processes. • Conduct post audit PERS Audit Request Audit Tracker (PARAT). • Recommend enhancements related to new products and services. • Lead projects and communicate status to leaders.
Requirements
• Strong knowledge of benefit coding standards. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce. • Strong knowledge of LAT. • Strong knowledge of LGIT. • Ability to work collaboratively. • Ability to manage multiple assignments and timelines. • Independent worker with strong analytical skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
