• Technical lead for development, management, and refinement of observability data platforms • Responsible for guidance to other engineers and enhancing data integrity and governance • Optimize performance and streamline data processes to derive actionable insights • Develop and implement advanced data solutions for real-time monitoring and alerting • Continuously improve platforms to meet business needs and evolution • Establish and enforce robust data governance processes and standards • Collaborate with partners for actionable insights from operational datasets • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and policies • Spearhead development of sophisticated data pipelines • Optimize data processing strategies for efficiency and effectiveness • Mentor other engineers and foster collaboration • Lead teams in the design, development, and deployment of observability solutions

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing massive data platforms in a large enterprise • 6+ years of mastery in crafting and maintaining high-volume data pipelines • Deep understanding of contemporary data modeling techniques and data architecture strategies • Proven track record of effective cross-disciplinary collaboration • Exceptional problem-solving aptitude in a dynamic healthcare IT environment • Stellar communication skills to simplify complex technical data solutions • Experience with project management • Proficiency developing queries in SPL2 and SQL • Hands-on experience with source code management, DevOps practices, and database management
