Description

• Support a variety of Resource Planning functions. • Monitor telephonic systems and adjust staff accordingly. • Manage employee data via Verint WFM and other applicable databases. • Research and support operational staffing adjustments. • Assist with forecasting and scheduling. • Promote a positive work environment and work as a team member. • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify business needs. • Develop strategies and plans for organizational growth. • Analyze complex data to aid decision making. • Leverage statistical models for accurate demand forecasts. • Research industry trends to ensure compliance. • Assess resource availability and usage patterns.

Requirements

• 2 years' experience in a customer service environment with actual experience in workforce management. • Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills. • Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP) preferred.
