• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of business control processes. • Develop and execute testing plans for business control processes. • Conduct testing activities to evaluate the effectiveness of control measures. • Identify and document control deficiencies and recommend remediation actions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for testing. • Analyze data and identify trends or patterns that may indicate control weakness. • Prepare detailed reports summarizing testing results and recommendations. • Stay up to date with industry best practices and regulations related to business controls. • Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to control testing. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of control testing methodologies and processes. • Assist in the implementation of new control measures or enhancements to existing controls.

Requirements

• 2+ years of overall experience in Security Risk Management, Risk Management, Quality, Compliance, Audit, or IT. • 1 year experience with a Governance, Risk Management, and/or compliance (GRC) tool. • 1+ year experience in Test of Design or Operational Effectiveness control testing (preferred). • Knowledge of risk management and internal control principles (preferred). • Attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data (preferred). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (preferred). • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (preferred). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team (preferred). • Strong organizational and time management skills (preferred).
