• Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reporting dashboard and solutions. • Optimize service desk performance through insights and analysis. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs. • Implement best practices for data visualization and dashboard design. • Conduct regular audits to validate data quality. • Provide guidance and training on reporting tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience performing reporting duties in PowerBI, Tableau or other relevant platforms. • 2+ years of experience performing reporting duties for a call center. • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets. • Excellent communication skills. • Experience in data analytics to create/run reports. • Experience in a call center, service desk or IT support environment. • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks like ITIL is a plus.
