Description

• Serve as primary point of contact for colleague relations. • Offer expert guidance on performance, attendance, and behavioral issues. • Respond to high volume of calls and emails from colleagues seeking advice. • Provide timely resolutions to colleague issues during initial outreach. • Document call details, assign cases for resolution, and consult with leaders. • Collaborate cross-functionally and influence colleagues effectively. • Demonstrate empathy and uphold company values in decision-making.

Requirements

• 3+ years of practical use and understanding of Employee Relations concepts, Labor Relations or HR Generalist. • Prior mentoring, leadership, mediation, or consulting experience preferred. • Knowledge of current state and federal employment/labor laws and regulations. • Solid real time problem solving and decision-making skills. • Certifications: PHR/SPHR and/or CP/SCP (SHRM). • Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalent work experience may substitute.
