📋 Description

• The Sr. Manager, Process provides analytical expertise to improve business operations within a given timeframe or deadline • Oversees a team of analysts and proposes solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and performance • Leverages analytics and reporting to inform the decision-making process

🎯 Requirements

• 7 years minimum work experience • Ability to demonstrate expertise of documenting and analyzing business processes • Ability to demonstrate expertise identifying process waste • Ability to demonstrate expertise reengineering business processes • Ability to demonstrate expertise in scoping, defining, planning, mapping, requirements writing, and executing projects in a matrix business environment • Problem solver with strong analytical and quantitative orientation • Charismatic relationship builder able to influence at executive level • Proactive, planful, and result-driven with highest level of attention to detail • Effective communicator with strong verbal and written presentation abilities • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Visio, Access, and PowerPoint, SharePoint, Jira, Power BI, and SQL • Ability to discover/seek/gather/understand documentation of business process knowledge related to projects • Ability to work individually, think critically, and problem-solve with little direction
