• Formulates and defines system scope and objectives. • Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems. • Prepares detailed technical specifications. • Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents programs. • Provides guidance and training to less-experienced programmer/analysts.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in application program development. • 2+ years experience in systems analysis, Universe or UniData. • Experience with application development support software packages (preferred). • Affiliated with a technical or professional organization or user group (preferred). • Expertise in PICK Basic, wIntegrate, and/or Unix and systems development life cycle (preferred).
