Description
• Collaborating with PBM Sales and Account Services for pricing strategies. • Develop and maintain expertise across PBM profitability levers. • Present financial models to Executive Leadership. • Review and complete financial sections of RFPs. • Identify impacts of legislative PBM decisions on contracts. • Lead and develop a team of 3-4 contributors. • Manage budget reviews and client strategy.
Requirements
• 7+ Years of related professional experience. • At least 4 years financial analysis, pricing, or underwriting experience. • 3 or more years of experience in healthcare industry. • 2+ years’ experience with PBM or Specialty Pharmacy/Home Infusion industry preferred. • Previous contract experience, RFP or capture experience is preferred.
