Requirements
• 7 years of experience developing automation solutions for observability and IT operations. • 4+ years in source code management using GitHub. • 4+ years using Ansible, PowerShell, Terraform, Jenkins. • 3+ years with ServiceNow ITOM event management and observability platforms. • 3+ years proficiency in Python for automation tasks. • 4+ years with modern observability tools (e.g., App Dynamics, Grafana). • 5+ years understanding of IT operations and observability principles. • 4+ years developing synthetic transaction monitors. • 4+ years with CI/CD practices and tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
