• 7+ Years of experience in IT operations. • 5+ Years in a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role. • 5+ Years managing observability and event management platforms. • Experience developing ServiceNow ITOM solutions. • Experience with cloud environments and container orchestration tools. • Proficiency in Python and other scripting languages for automation.
